We are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter or any transfer trip and will only be responsible for making up lost time at the mutually agreed date/time. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any other member of the party.
No Smoking/No Eating in any of our vehicles. A sanitation fee of $350.00 will be charged for any carpet OR seat burn or any food/Coffee or drinks spillage.
WAITING TIME:
Waiting time fee $15-$20 will start after first 15 minutes of pre-arranged pick up time described on trip sheet. This does not apply for Airport Arrivals.
The company is not responsible for any leftover or any belongings in the vehicle. Extra trip will be charged for the delivery of clients belongings.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
CAR SEATS:
We try to do our best to keep Baby car seats clean and in working condition.The company is not responsible for any skin allergic reaction or rashes from car seat fabric or because of any previous user. We highly recommend clients to have their own car seats, we can store at our facility and return it on their return trip.
As soon as you collect your bags and ready to pick up please call dispatch at (408)335-0666. Please give the dispatcher your name or confirmation number. Our dispatcher will provide you your driver and vehicle information. You will normally meet your driver within 5-7 minutes at the Baggage claim curbside area.Meet & Greet Service can be arranged at extra cost. Please call us for more info.
2. WAITING TIME:
Waiting time charges will apply after 45 minutes for domestic flights and 1 hr after international for all airport arrivals.
3. Company or Driver is not responsible for any leftover belongings in the vehicle.
4. RED EYE FEE:
$15-$25 (depends on the time/distance) will be added for any pick-up between the hours of 11.00 PM – 5:00 AM.
5. NO SHOW POLICY:
A NO SHOW charge (full charge) will be applied if the passenger fails to call our dispatch before leaving the scheduled pickup location.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY:
5 Hour prior notice is required to Cancel Airport Sedan Transfers.

Once you arrive at the airport, You will meet your chauffeur at the baggage claim holding your name sign.If you are not able to locate your chauffeur please call dispatch at 408-335-0666.

$15.00 for every 15 mins waiting time starts after 45 mins for Domestic Flights and 1hr 15 minutes for international flights arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
3 Hour prior notice is required to cancel airport transfer and corporate services. Cancellation for stretch limousines/executive Vans & for Executive coach buses need 72 hr notice for cancellation.The cancellation policy may be changed to 72 hours during special events or holidays for all vehicles.
